Muito triste minha experiência!!! Casamento é um evento para ser lembrado pelos noivos e convidados, porém, neste caso é para ser esquecido. Serviço muito fragilizado..entradas frias e requentadas. Jantar com massa (ravioli) e risoto muito duro, serviram picadinho" de filé mignon

The BIGGEST mistake we made was using this company as a venue for our wedding. From the very beginning we were assigned with Ana who was in charge of making sure we had the wedding of our dreams. I never saw this woman smile once, she was absolutely miserable. We asked to use the stage for our speech and she told us we couldn't. We asked for a podium so people who were speaking could rest their drinks, and she said we could just use a microphone on the floor. Everything we asked for she turned us down and our requests were not ridiculous. On the day of our wedding they announced our wedding party but forgot to announce the bride and groom! Can you believe it? Ana conveniently disappeared. We were at the top of the stairs telling the other staff members who wore ear pieces to announce us and they all looked each other without any idea what to do. Minutes before the speeches Ana told me she would put a small table on the staircase landing, but she didn't do it. This woman went out of her way to make sure we looked stupid on our wedding day. We had no option but to use their in house overpriced DJ and we asked him to play 4 slow songs in the first two hours, and we gave him the selected songs. He played 2 of the 4 and then just played his playlist for the rest of the night. Absolute trash. Two days after the wedding a lady asked us to meet her and she begged our forgiveness and said Ana was removed from her position. She asked how she could compensate us and we told her whatever they though was fair for failing to live up to their promise when we signed the contract. The next day her superior Carla called and began arguing who was responsible for the failures. She tried to blame us for our co-ordination, but how is this the bride and groom's responsible on the day of their wedding?? Carla wanted no part in taking responsibility and did everything she could to distance her company from Ana the woman they employ! It is now weeks later and we have not been contacted or offered any compensation. Maybe this is how they do things in Brazil but if you want a professional company that goes above and beyond to provide you the wedding experience you paid for, then I suggest finding a different company than this amateur production.

Buffet exatamente!Funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos.O próprio dispositivo do buffet também é ótimo.Embaixo tem o local de cerimônia, muito bonito e organizado. Atrás fica o salão de festas.Tudo com ótimo acesso, inclusive para cadeirantes.Tem até elevador.Super recomendo!

Maravilhoso, atendimento sem igual top, todos estão de parabéns. Todos os funcionários muito educados, principalmente a moça que fica na banheiro feminino, muito educada e gentil.
