We made multiple dishes that night. Started off with Capirinha—which we can make again and again throughout the night. A couple of appetizers, a dessert, and ofcourse, the star of the show Moqueca. Cristiano showed us his style and knowledge in cooking. We really enjoyed the lessons—he gave us a great insight on the significance of these dishes in the Brazilian history. Plus, Cristiano was really easy to talk to. Great guy! Highly recommended if you like to understand what goes into your favorite dish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was one of the best things we did in Rio. Nicole and Mary are so personable and friendly and we learnt so much about Brazilian culture, food and how to make the best capirinhia. We literally laughed and ate amazing food all evening and Nicole even recommended somewhere cool for us to go on later on.

My family of 4 had a wonderful experience with Chef Nicole in April 2023. She was engaging, funny, and patient with everyone. Guests could be as active, or inactive, as they desired while enjoying food prepared that night. It felt less like a cooking class and more like a communal eating experience. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a low key introduction to Brazilian cousine and culture.

If I could give the class 6-stars I would. It was fantastic. We all had so much fun and Simone was so great in conversation and the food was all excellent. Additionally, she taught us all a lot about Brazilian culture as well. A fantastic time and I would highly recommend!

A truly excellent experience. As a traveler, I was so thankful there were so many options for classes in English, and I love how encouraging the staff was. It was important to me that I be able to take photos and there were plenty of photo opportunities. I was also happy that the recipes had ingredients that are still available to me outside of Brazil.
