Let me start by saying I was super excited about getting solar finally. I was working with Orlando from Solar Solutions in Rio Rancho, NM. He sat down with me and helped me design a system that would suit my needs. Boy, I was wrong. I haven’t had the system, but two months before, I made payments to the Solar loan and PNM. My bill was almost $300. I am on a fixed budget, and when I found out about having to pay the Solar and PNM, I was livid! This wasn’t the only problem. When I signed the contract, I expected a working and accurate Solar system. What I got was a different story. I signed the contract for 28 panels and what was put on my roof was 25 panels!I confronted Orlando, and he was quick to dismiss my claims. On top of all this, my system is inaccurate. I purchased a consumption meter directly from Enphase, and I had the installer install it free of charge. I appreciated how Energized Electric didn’t charge me, but what I didn’t enjoy was that the consumption meter was installed incorrectly or the product was faulty. Also, The production meter is off by 200 KW/h, which is a flawed and inaccurate system. STAY AWAY from Solar Solutions, GR Solar, and the installer, Energized Electric! Let this be your due diligence when finding an honest and reputable Solar dealer.I am currently looking at legal options. If anyone has any insight to help with this nightmare it would be much appreciated.Joshua LRio Rancho, NM
