Yoga with Malena Lisanne

La clase es muy buena. Malena es muy amable, y desde que empecé esas clases he continuado realizando yoga.

Malena is clearly a person who you soon realize loves and is passionate about what she does and this even made me even more motivated to learn from her. Her teaching is great and her classes have a very nice lightness that makes you understand the importance of yoga and also the importance of feeling more connected with yourself. I recommend it for people who have zero experience with the activities up to the most advanced levels :)

No matter how hot, sweaty or busy it could be around the class, Malena always successfully brought us back to focus on the essential: our breath. Awesome!

Con Malena tuve la oportunidad de practicar Yoga en Colombia por primera vez en mi vida y para mi fue una experiencia muy nutritiva, relajante y divertida al mismo tiempo.La energía que ella transmite es muy bonita. Estoy muy agradecido :D
