I solo travelled to Rio for my birthday week and was lucky enough have Monique by my side! She is the absolute best and I had an incredible week full of life in Rio thanks to her. We did the Lapa & Santa Teresa walking tour, had an amazing Samba night, and also did some trips to Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf. She connected me with the best surf instructor in town (Gabriel) and also found me a super talented tattoo artist too. Then she spontaneously arranged a last minute get together to watch the Brazilian game for the World Cup — that ended up being one of the best days of my life. I cannot recommend Monique enough if you want to have a unique experience in Rio through a local’s eyes, listen amazing stories, meet beautiful people, and eat the most delicious food in town. She is an enthusiastic, well-connected, detail-oriented guide — and a beautiful soul! Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience. Traveling to Rio and did a tour to Christ the Redeemer, Santa Teresa and the Selaron Steps with Monique. Definitely made the experience all the more memorable. Besides getting picking me up and getting me around the crazy city that is RIo, Monique was fount of knowledge and great deal of fun to be with as well. She loves what she does and it shows. Will be booking additional tours with Monique during the remainder of my stay. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Monique !

Foi uma ótima experiência de passeio, o guia Celso foi muito prestativo e aprendemos mais sobre a cidade alem de conhecer um bar muito interessante e com uma feijoda ótima. Recomendo bastante, principalmente para quem quer conhecer melhor o Rio.
