We travelled to Rio de Janeiro from january 6 to 16, 2023The airbnb that we booked in Rio recommended Thiago as a contact for travelling around Rio or any tours we wanted.We are a family of 4, with lots of luggage and Thiago got us a big car with lots of space and very comfortable.He drive us from the airport to our airbnb, waited for my husband to get cash in the airport and even went with my husband to the convinience store to get some water and other things as we arrived at 11:30pm.We coordinated everything through whatapp and he was always responsive, responsible, and flexible about changes, and had great recomendations for places to go or restaurants to visit.He also coordinated for us the following trips:- A trip to Angra ( islands, 4 stops, and food included), it was long, but it was a good trip beside the rain in the end.-A trip to the main sites in Rio, as the Cristo redentor, pan de azucar and others, our guide MAR was incredible, and we went to a buffet restaurant that my kids enjoyed.-Transportation from Buzios to Rio, and Rio to Buzios.-Booking our Hotel in Buzios within the same day as we arrived, as my booking through airbnb didn't work out.when we arrived in Buzios our airbnb, (that i booked) wasn't what we expected at all as it had a horrible smell as mold and lots of insects, and we were able to cancel that reservation.Then my husband called Thiago and he quickly got us a reservation in a nice hotel, with breakfast and access to two beaches, also came back to takes us to the new hotel and this make such a difference in our experience in buzzios.Thiago has work in the tourism industry for many years, and he understand what is being a tourist and the type of service that is expected and his prices are very fair for the market.We were very happy with his service, and also very grateful that he always went that extra mile that will make our trip even better.Thanks again Thiago and we travel discovery, for all the arrangements and work you put into making our vacation a great one.

Very good and reliable company in Brazil, it was a totally worry free trip with them organising it for us . The highlights for us were the helicopter rides over Iguassu Falls and Rio de Janeiro. Beautiful country. Recommend it, do it !!

I booked the apartment on Airbnb and they gave me Thiago's contact details for various transfers. punctual and nice cars

Viajei para a Recife fiz passeio em Olinda e organizaron pra mim o traslado até Porto de galinhas onde fizemos vários passeios em maragogi ,praia dos carneiros ,e Porto de galinhas no final levaron a gente até Maceió onde passamos o último 3 dias maravilhosos tudo

We was the first travel agency we’ve ever used. Sara Martinel is the local guide that worked with us to plan our vacation to Brazil. Her suggestions for locations to visit, activities, and her attention to our interests and specific needs made this the best trip we’ve ever had. We described a few travel limitations and she made certain that everywhere we went, and everything we participated in was accommodating. Airlines, tours guides, transports – everyone was responsive to our needs. We can’t stress enough how important that was for us. Also, a complicated itinerary was not a challenge – she delivered! The tours and activities were all amazing and everything we expected them to be. If we choose to use travel agents in the future, Sara set a standard for us that all travel agents will have to meet!
