Experiência ruim numa lancha que não oferece conforto (o passageiro toma um banho de água do mar na cara) e a segurança é precária (coletes não apropriados). Melhor ir em embarcações mais seguras e confortáveis por um preço acima do oferecido pela easy transfer.

Recomendo o serviço desta empresa. Especialmente pelo motorista Jeferson. Atencioso, bom motorista e se desdobrou para que um dos colegas do grupo chegasse a tempo ao aeroporto, mesmo a gente não tendo combinado antes esse destino e horário. Vale muito a pena.

Took them from Rio to Ilha Grande including fast boat in May. On the good news front they are fast and prompt, comms by WhatsApp was excellent.Now for the warnings the drive is not for the faint hearted, don’t sit at the back it’s super bouncy and accentuates the road. Not alone in complaints - take a jumper for drive as air con was super high… also may need for water taxi depending on type - wet t-shirt competition if you sit in front or middle of boat (but no issues on return trip).Driver hawked all the way - so maybe take ear phones, also if you can’t hear or see the driver tail gating, undertaking and shouting at drivers he is harassing makes you feel better.We wasted an hour or so on return so worth confirming which hotel - although in fairness French passenger dude was probably to blame! No idea why they accept passengers from the hill hotels - but hey they do so maybe that a good thing if you stay in one.If it wasn’t so scary it would have been five stars. Not sure why we hurried on outbound we waited an hour for boat and on return we could have been way slower if we had just checked where everyone was going and in what order (another lady was cross that her drop off was passed and no apparent reason to rework google directions!!). So safer and faster with checks and less aggressive driving.Would I use again to save the time? Probably on my own, not with family. It’s also good value if you make it!No photos as bounced too much!!

I take no creative liberty whatsoever in claiming this business was developed by Frank Kafka. Rio to Isla Grande is a direct route on the highway. Instead of requesting that everyone meet at a central location and departing speedily, the van took over two hours making infinite figure 8 routes through the city. You can imagine my chagrin when I saw we had left Ipanema, traveled to copacabana, then returned to Ipanema before going up to the airport and back to Centro. From the moment we boarded, we were blasted with American music from the 2000’s, meaning we couldn’t peacefully experience the ragged roads upon which our driver liberally and enthusiastically applied his breaks. The delay to the start also meant we were certain to be faced with infinite traffic. By the time we reached rio’s outskirts, we had to stop for gas and we’re farther than ever from isla grande. I write this aboard a minuscule seat I’ve been occupying for 5 hours so far. “Yeah!” Usher exults as we hit speed bump #100. There is ac though, ac slaps.
