The quality of people is really high, it means that the volunteers generally are super nice with the exchangers and foreigners. Most of them speak english and some another languages. It's kind of disorganized, In my time like exchanger the teacher of portuguese changes a couple of times, also I was staying in their apartment that is located in Cidade Baixa and it wasn't kept in a good way, in my opinion it just was needing a organized management.
