Dr. Luiz Otávio Freire Cangussu, Gastroenterologista

This person - Dr Cangrussu - this evening, whilst staying at our hotel in London he behaved in an utterly vile manner towards one of our receptionists, a 20 years old girl. He was rude and even tried to hit her, a despicable behaviour for an old man. It is only because of his wife that he didn't get kicked out at 10 o'clock in the evening. I will post the cctv footage on youtube. You can search for his name and the footage will surely come up.

Achei que o médico iria me agredir fisicamente...O atendimento foi padrão, nada a reclamar nem a elogiar. Porém, eu reclamei pq me cobrou consulta mesmo sendo apenas avaliação de exames solicitados em consulta anterior. O médico ficou enfurecido e quase partiu para agressão física. Fui chamado de mau caráter" e a reação dele foi muito agressiva
