Adorei, funcionários eficientes, aeromoças competentes, educadas e eficiência a toda prova, sou muito grata a tripulação do vôo 1527 de 06/11, que não tive oportunidade de agradecer suficientemente toda atenção e carinho dispensada a mim e meu problema, obrigada

O assistente virtual deles nao funciona. Não se consegue falar atraves do 0300. Depois que o Smiles se juntou a eles, piorou tambem nao funciona.

I had a connection fly, and the crew did not give us the baby stroller that we boarded at the moment to board. So once landed the crew made us go to the luggeged collection point ( exiting the airport) and at the end the stroller was not there but sent directly to the final destination. So i did not had the stroller when i need it, i had to do all the check In with a bored baby and the gifts i bought at thr privious duty free airoport were not valid and i lost them all.The information that they gave me were inconsistent and not accurate at all.

Bons preços, desde que o dólar não dispare e atendimento a contento. Nunca tive problemas com atrasos ou cancelamentos, somente desvios de um quadro que trouxemos na viagem, mas entregue em cs 2 dias depois sem custos.
