Honestly they make everything 10x more complicated than it has to be. And I’m a Brazilian that speaks Portuguese, can’t imagine how it would be for a tourist.We tried to travel Rio de Janeiro-Ilha Grande-Paraty.First we bought a ticket online, but we didn’t get the ticket, we got a voucher that needs to be changed for a boarding pass at the bus station, only to make things slow.Then, arriving at the destination near Ilha Grande, we tried to ask about our next leg of the trip (Ilha Grande to Paraty) and one of their employees told us that we should buy a ticket online but select a different town than the one we were actually planning to take the bus from because, even tho the bus stops there, the website does not have the option to select that town as the town of origin (!!!???) all very confusing.In ilha grande we tried to buy the tickets in a actual Costa verde box office but the guy wouldn’t even look at us, was staring at his phone the whole time and he couldn’t give any information on any bus journeys the company he works for offers. Very rude.Honestly it’s a shame this is the only company that offers this service cause it makes travelling around Rio de Janeiro/Ilha Grande/Paraty a lot harder. In the end you’re at the mercy of dodgy tour companies that offer a very expensive and also unreliable service!

This company deliberately creates queues so you miss your bus and you have to buy new tickets.

Mesmo comprando pela Internet tem que esperar na fila extremamente lenta no guichê pra retirar na rodoviária. A bagagem é jogada pelo chão e você que encontre a sua no desembarque, torça pra ninguém mexer. Os ônibus imundos, cheios de farelo de comida e chiclete colado. O ônibus não estava abastecido e parou no meio da estrada. E é a única opção entre Rio e Paraty, talvez por isso não tenham o menor interesse em fazer o trabalho direito.
