Estudio Eso de Dança

I enrolled in two week a private immersion course for forró and samba with Sergio which was the best decision I could have taken during my stay in Florianópolis. Making arrangements with Sergio was super easy, flexible and accommodating. But more than this, Sergio gave me not only an introduction to the dance steps and how to beautifully align them, but also to what it should feel like to samba or dance forró. All by not totally overwhelming me with all details and information at the same time (steps, posture, attitude - not to forget warm up and stretching) but according to what was right for me at each corner I was turning in my progress. Sergio is a great and very professional teacher, and he is a wonderful person! He happily invited me into the dance community surrounding him with everybody welcoming me with open arms. The warm environment he creates at his dance school is really very special. I just wish I could have stayed much longer - hope to be back, soon.
