A&K Motorcycle Rentals

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I rented a motorcycle from them via Eagle Riders, a company that I have been a member for a few years and have never ever had a bad experience anywhere in the world. They first waited list me without any communication. A few days before the pick up day I contacted them and no one picked up the phone or returned my msgs. The day before pick up, they told me they did not have any motorcycles available. The following day they said things had changed and they would have one available in a few days. I went to the mall and bought new riding clothes as I left mine back home. I canceled my rental car and did not party the night before in expectation of starting my travel. In the morning I was told that they would deliver the bike to my hotel at 7pm. They asked me to provide proof of residency beyond my passport and drivers license which made me feel uncomfortable since the only thing I could provide in the heat of the moment was my bank statements which I find away too personal. They then did not contact me the whole day. At 7 the motorcycle never arrived. No one ever messaged me not even to apologize or to let me know what happened and why the motorcycle wasn’t delivered. Apparently, the owner was conducting a tour on Route 66 and obviously can’t manage his company from abroad. Very disappointed with the overall service I received from this company and would never book from them again. If they treat their customers so carelessly, I can only imagine how they care for their bikes. My advice, for your own safety and peace of mind…STAY AWAY!!!
