I did what was suppose to be a 5 days surviving tour with this company. What was a dream for me, end up in a nightmare. They didn’t keep what they promised to me. In a period of 5 days I only walked in the jungle for 1 hour. I was mostly seating in a canoe, going around to the same places. The tour guide pretending that we were visiting different places. Also I didn’t sleep in the jungle the days that I was supposed to.Even they don’t have a lot of reviews, I decided to take the chance and booked a tour with this company. I totally regret it. I was verbally assaulted from the tour guide (Netto) he was treating me like I was stupid and that I didn’t have the right to complain because I was a young solo female traveller. He even screamed to me in front of the owner of the company (Claudio) when I was explaining all the bad things that happen during the tour.Everything in this tour was negative. I was put in different groups. In the middle of my tour they added 2 people because they tour guide didn’t show up and because of that they changed my itinerary with any sort of respect. We only camp in the jungle for one day and to make the camp the tour guide destroyed a lot of nature. Also he put in danger a native young boy and a sloth, telling him to climb a really tall tree to grab a sloth; unfortunately the boy dropped the sloth from a really high altitude——that was really awful to witness.The last 2 people that were added in my tour also were complaining about the tour and the owner acted like he didn’t care. I was sorry for them, 2 young traveling from Argentina and they paid cash, so unfortunately they couldn’t do much. Thankfully I paid with my credit card and I submit a complaint to my company that still pending.A lot more to tell, but in conclusion I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They are really disorganize. The tour guide (Netto) even lied telling the owner that I booked the tour with him on the street, when I went direct to the office to book my tour… seriously!!!

J'ai passé trois très bonne journée au cœur de la forêt. Tout cela rendu possible par l'excellent travaille de notre guide Milton qui a un coup d'œil incroyable pour dénicher les animaux sauvages et sera vous donner toute les explications sur les plantes et leurs propriétés.

We had an amazing time with this company. Claudio was really helpful and understanding in helping us plan our five day Amazon trip, and other tours we took with them. Then had the most amazing guides in Netto and Alcir who made our experience in the jungle so memorable. Also on location at the ranch you meet a lot of people and the vibe is very sociable or if you’d rather not you can always escape to the jungle to sleep for the night! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Fue un viaje increíble, en resumidas cuentas solo déjate sorprender por el lugar y su gente. Desde la comida a los paseos todo fue muy hermoso. Las personas son muy amables , siempre con una sonrisa que se agradece mucho. Claudio es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a saldar las dudas. Frank y Alcor son unos guías increíbles , los amo desde el primer día jaja . Recomiendo mil porciento el lugar

Infelizmente não tivemos a melhor das experiências. Desorganização de começo ao fim. Me programei por meses, vim do outro lado do mundo, gastei uma grana de passagens aéreas e com o passeio de selva e ficamos extremamente decepcionados. Não tivemos o passeio prometido. Não foi seguido um roteiro. Pagamos pelo pacote de dormir uma noite na selva e não havia redes o suficiente. Ofereceram buscar mais redes porém, resolvemos retornar à nossa acomodação porque já não estávamos mais na vibe de curtir nada.Sem contar a falta de segurança dos transportes que levam os turistas. Kombis precárias e sem cinto de segurança e barcos sem coletes salva-vidas.Poderia enumerar aqui uma lista da minha reclamação, mas isso já fizemos ao retornar do passeio à agência, que nem desconto nos deu por todo transtorno.

Se você procura uma experiencia autentica na selva amazonica esses caras realmente sabem oq fazem ! eu confiaria de olhos fechados

Tudo saiu como combinado, atendimento de primeira. Realmente pra quem procura uma aventura na selva.

Bad experienceI wouldn't recomend the tour. Despite asking several times, I could not stay overnight in the jungle, even though the camp is only 10 minutes from the poussada. Also, we spent most of our time in the pousada, the excursions lasted only about 1.5h.To eat there was 5 days, at noon and in the evening exactly the same.Also with Claudio I had my difficulties. As long as he sees a way to get money from you, he is nice and helpful, but if you need help from him, you can not count on him.
