I am not sure what others are complaining about in negative reviews. I was staying in Pelorinho at a Pousada and found this laundry on Google maps. I walked here but the shop was closed. Just as I was turning around to leave, an older lady called me from behind. She must have been the owner coming down to open the shop. I payed and asked her to drop the clothes at my hotel for a small reasonable extra charge. The next day I had my clothes delivered to my hotel. I had a good experience and will gladly use the service again. I speak enough Portuguese to get by and had no issues with payment or any misunderstandings about the cost or service.

I called this place to inquiry how much they charge to wash and dry my clothes. I was told it is 50,00 reais for a big basket of clothes. I left my clothes there, but when I went to pick it up I was charged 100,00 because they said it was two basket of clothes.I don’t recommend this place at all. To be honest, I don’t recommend Salvador at all because people over here take advantage of tourists.If you wanna enjoy northeast, go to maragogi, Natal, Jericoacoara, or Fortaleza.

One piece of clothes charge $10 real. But it's NOT washed clean and NOT dried enough. The worst laundry service in my life.

Trabalho ótimo de qualidade.

They charged me 140 Reis for two small baskets of clothes. I live in London and have travelled all over South America and Europe. This is the most expensive laundry service I have ever found. Utter madness.
