Serviço Meia Boca e FajutosI worked with Marco and his team November 2022 to repair my roof and install the wood finishings. They charged me for the service and informed me I needed to wait to see where any additional leaks might remain so they could complete the job. They left some finishings incomplete as well to finish once the gutter was installed by another provider. My interactions with Marco had been so lovely that I paid in full with confidence they would complete the job. However, Marco got sick and could not work for a while. When it became evident the team would not return to complete the service they were paid for, we agreed for a portion of the funds to be returned. It is now April 2023 and despite endless outreach they have not refunded the portion owed, nor have they responded to any of my messages. In addition, it turns out that they did not resolve any of the leaks they were contracted to repair.
