Incompetents - 3 paintings damaged by reckless staff.Crown hired a 3rd party vendor for the packaging - Gerson & Grey (Livia and Leandro) - who damaged 3 paintings during the packaging/transport. Although I've called the Crown office in advance complaining about the vehicle size (but great if you are delivering potatoes) and also the packaging procedures, but nothing was done to prevent this accident. These damaged paintings were placed below heavy packages. Gerson & Grey staff arrived without any materials and had to wait for it to arrive - they promised a bigger car to transport, but they lied and carried everything at once and left.Good luck if you choose them.
